Reaching 432: An Analysis
Promise Campaign Coordinators have currently scheduled or held 294 meetings with Members of Congress since August 1. This is an amazing feat, but we aren't done yet! We still need 138 more meetings to reach our overall goal of 432.
However, obtaining the remaining 138 meetings by May 1st is not going to be easy. Scheduling these meetings is going to take renewed patience and persistence. To get to 432 we will need to schedule:
- 2 meetings per day
- 10 meetings per week
- 40 meetings per month
Scheduling the remaining meetings may seem like a daunting task, but I can assure you that is it attainable! During the last Promise Campaign, we scheduled an average of 57 meetings per month in the January-April time frame. That is 17 more than we need per month in the current Campaign!
